2. User Agreement

By accessing and using BookingLebanon.com, you agree to:

Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account, making bookings, or listing properties.
Respect the rights and privacy of other users, hosts, and developers on the platform.
Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.

3. Registration and Account

Users must create an account to access certain features of BookingLebanon.com, such as making bookings, listing properties, or browsing vacation homes for sale.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and password.
BookingLebanon.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions.

4. Property Listings

For Hosts:

List your property free for the entire first year when you choose a two-year plan. After that, it’s just $99/year, with zero booking fees or hidden commissions.
Hosts must ensure that all information about their property is accurate and up-to-date. This includes property descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos.
Hosts are responsible for managing their bookings, responding to inquiries, and maintaining their properties in good condition.
BookingLebanon.com is not liable for any disputes between hosts and guests.

For Developers/Investors:

Developers and investors can use the platform to search for properties available for sale, including vacation homes, hotels, resorts, and bed & breakfasts.
Developers listing properties for sale must provide accurate information about the property, including its condition, pricing, and legal status.
BookingLebanon.com is not responsible for the accuracy of property listings or for any disputes arising from property transactions.

5. Bookings and Cancellations

Users can make bookings directly through the platform, subject to the availability and terms set by the host.
Hosts may set their own cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated on the property listing. Users must review these policies before making a booking.
BookingLebanon.com is not responsible for cancellations, changes in availability, or disputes arising from bookings. All issues must be resolved directly between the host and the user.

6. Payment Terms

Hosts pay a one-time annual listing fee. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the number of bookings or sales made during the year.
BookingLebanon.com does not charge any additional booking or sales fees. All revenue generated from bookings or property sales is retained by the host or property owner.
Payments made through the platform for bookings must comply with the host’s payment terms and policies.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

BookingLebanon.com acts as an intermediary platform, facilitating connections between users and property owners. We do not own, manage, or control any of the listed properties.
The platform is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties or guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the property listings.
BookingLebanon.com is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the platform, including issues related to bookings, property transactions, or user interactions.

8. Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law
